Did You Know...that the Abramson family has donated an additional $25.5 million gift to fund cancer research at Penn Medicine? This recent gift will support basic science and translational research progress in the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute, which is among the nation's preeminent incubators for drug discovery and development of new ways to diagnose and treat patients. Penn Medicine's largest donors, Madlyn and Leonard Abramson have given millions of dollars to fund cancer research at Penn Medicine including the naming of the Abramson Cancer Center and the establishment of the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute.
